The project was an upgrade of the lighting scheme across the M & S estate, retrofitting and replacing lights with an LED alternative, this included high street retail park & outlet stores within the M & S estate.

Eco-1 were appointed as main contractor to install, commission and test the replacement fittings, as well as alter the lighting control scheme.

Unique to this project was upfront survey and design work required to give the client the correct replacement lighting.
