ECO-1 were employed to provide the electrical installation to the new Royal Mail Delivery Office in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
The new build development consisted of a new DO, along with an adjacent parking building for staff and the general public, which also incorporated a Vehicle Service Centre.
Unique to this project was the MOU mail screening section, as this DO served both Downing Street and Buckingham Palace.
Eco-1 scope of works was to supply, install, test & commission the following:
• New LV intake panel complete with external SBG connection point
• New LV distribution system including earthing & bonding
• New containment systems
• New LV small power systems
• New mains lighting systems
• New emergency lighting systems
• New fire alarm system
• New photovoltaic system
• New PA/Radio system
• New digital clock system
• New CCTV system
• New access control system
• New intruder detection alarm system
• New disabled assistance alarm
• New disabled refuge system
