ECO-1 were employed to provide the electrical installation as part of the refurbishment of a  3 storey student residential accommodation building known as Arthur Vic 1, the project was undertaken over the summer period of 2018. The building consisted of 154 student bedrooms, 12 kitchens, 3 Tutors flats and communal areas.

Programming and co-ordination were key in delivering the project on time and within budget. ECO-1 worked closely with the main contractor to ensure the project achieved successful completion in what was a challenging programme period.
