Works Undertaken
Eco-1 were engaged to carry out a Cat A fit out on an existing “Toy R Us”. RDC (Regional Distribution Centre) works included:
• Electrical strip of redundant electrical services
• HV works to include new cabling and full service on 2 No. existing 1000Kva HV transformer
• Full and comprehensive service on existing LV package switch panel including new PLC controls
• Full and comprehensive service, new controls and remedial works to existing 600Kva standby generator
• New LV distribution system to include panel & distribution boards
• New Part L metering system throughout
• New LED lighting scheme throughout the building
• New lighting infrastructure to warehouse
• New small power to warehouse
• Mechanical power including BMS
• Power to roller shutter
• Full electrical fit out to the office area to include containment, lighting, small power, fire alarm, ASD, security, access control and CCTV
• Full modification and re-works of existing fire alarm and Air Sampling Detection (Vesda) throughout the warehouse
• Upgrade of the existing intruder alarm system
• New high definition CCTV system to cover all external spaces and limited internal space
• New access control to reception area
